I have completed a 32 Hour course with Carol Osborne on Pre- and Perinatal Massage Techniques. I am super excited to use these skills to help you transition throughout all of your trimesters. Massage for moms helps with stress reduction, tension brought on by the many changes, preparation for labor, and the return to normalcy after giving birth.
This type of massage is performed in a side-lying and/or semi-reclining position with plenty of support for mom and baby.
