Hot Stone Massage

Supreme relaxation and stress relief. 90 Minutes or 2 hours. In studio only.

Graston Technique

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. 30-45 minutes of focused work: 10-15 minutes of massage, 15 minutes with stainless steel tools that break up adhesions and realign scar tissue. Recommended 2x a week for 3 weeks

Sugar Scrub

Foot scrub or back scrub. Sugar scrub is made in house.

Cupping

Great for many things, such as chronic pain, sports injuries, scar tissue, and stress. After the cups are removed, a homemade tiger balm is applied to assist in the healing process. Can be an add-on or a standalone service. Aesthetic cupping is not available at this time.

Add-on

Cups can be added into a session for one or two areas of focus, depending on the goals and length of your session. Does not add extra time.
