Graston Technique
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. 30 minutes of focused work: 10-15 minutes of massage, 15 minutes with stainless steel tools that break up fascia and scar tissue. Recommended 2x a week for 3 weeks
foot treatment
Coffee scrub, luxurious chocolate body butter. Wrapped in warm booties to hydrate. Adds 10 minutes to your session
